Beaded Ropes

Beaded ropes are best for beginners for freestyle jump rope. These are the most versatile ropes you can find, used by everyone from absolute beginners to world champion athletes.

The beads provide extra feedback & control that is not possible with other ropes. Every beaded rope is available with a 4mm thickened cord (best for beginners) for the smoothest experience or a 3mm thinner cord for a lighter, faster feel.

PVC Ropes

PVC ropes are perfect for intermediate jumpers who want to dial up the speed in their workouts.

Every cord features a nylon reinforcement inside, making it stretch-resistant & longer-lasting, even on outside surfaces. Available in 5mm (for intermediates) and 4mm (for advanced).

Ideal for:

✨ Advanced crosses
✨ Double & triple unders
✨ Power skills (pushups / handstands)

Weight = 90-110g (subject to handle length & cord thickness)

HANDLE lENGTH

Short handles (5” / 13cm) are best for beginners as they promote good form & technique when first learning to jump.

Long handles (8” / 20cm) are great for intermediate jumpers learning more advanced tricks such as behind-the-back or under-the-leg crosses.

All our jump ropes are fully adjustable with both long & short handles. To adjust them, slide the handle down the cord to reveal either a washer & knot (for beaded, shown left) or a snap-lock mechanism (for PVC, shown right).

Every handle comes with a full lifetime guarantee, the only one of its kind in the industry. We’re so confident in our products that if you do manage to break a handle, we’ll replace it – no questions asked.
