EU shipping prices may vary. For most destinations, no import tax of customs fees apply.

Free economy shipping is automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders. Upgrading to tracked / expedited shipping is available optionally.

* international shipping is only available (from our UK store) for countries which are not currently served by one of official distributors.

All ropes orders from the UK store are made to order and built by hand in the UK head office. Please allow up to 4 days for your order to be processed, built and dispatched.

Except where otherwise stated, estimated shipping times begin once the item has been shipped, not from the day the order was placed. Shipping times provided by the courier are estimates, not guarantees.

If your order is urgent, get in touch to let us know as soon as you place your order to prevent a delay.

Mainland UK
To offer the most affordable shipping rates, our economy shipping option uses Royal Mail 1st Class. This is not a tracked service. After your fulfilment email has been sent, no further update can be provided. Although tracking is not included, loss of goods is extremely rare.

If you’d like a little extra peace of mind, you can upgrade to our tracked shipping option, which uses Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service that aims to deliver the next day.

International
Economy shipping option includes tracking up until the point the package leaves the UK. Once your order has left the UK, Royal Mail is unable to track it any longer.

If you’d like a little extra peace of mind, you can upgrade to our tracked shipping option, which uses DPD, Fedex and UPS for door-to-door tracking and faster delivery times.

If no shipping options are offered for your country, get in touch for a quotation.

For locations we do not ship to often, we will always use Fedex as (in our experience) they offer the most reliable courier service. In most cases, Fedex’s Economy service starts at £25.

Delays will occur if shipping information is not provided accurately.

Shipments returned to The Jump Rope Company Ltd due to, but not limited to, missing information or incomplete information will incur a repeat shipping charge to be shipped again.

The Jump Rope Company Ltd reserves the right to refuse or issue replacement orders or a refund on any order(s) where incomplete or inaccurate shipping information resulted in the inability to successfully deliver an order. Replacement orders may only be offered at The Jump Rope Company Ltd’s discretion and may incur a repeat shipping charge to be shipped again.

If you pay for the incorrect shipping option or place your order from the wrong store your order will be cancelled automatically and you will be contacted to re-place the order correctly so that you pay the correct amount for sales taxes and shipping.

Couriers only consider items as lost after a certain length of time from the date which they were shipped.

The Jump Rope Company Ltd reserves the right to provide replacements or issue refunds until claims are accepted by the postal service.

International orders (placed on the UK store) may be subject to import taxes & custom duties - if you’re ordering from our EU store then taxes & duties will not be charged (except for a few select regions).

Any such fees are due separately and The Jump Rope Company Ltd is not liable for these costs; these are your responsibility to pay.

Delays at customs may occur due to unpaid additional fees, and in some cases your order may be returned to us or destroyed by customs. Any additional shipping costs incurred due for orders returned to The Jump Rope Company Ltd due to your inability to pay import taxes will be your responsibility to pay.

Due to couriers charging us a penalty for any returned items (due to unpaid import taxes / customs duties by the recipient), refunds will not be accepted on orders that have been returned to The Jump Rope Company Ltd due to being undeliverable on the basis of unpaid additional fees.

We understand that from time to time you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase.

We accept returns on any order within 14 days of you receiving it. For orders sent with untracked shipping, we will assume a delivery time of 6 days (3x the estimated delivery time), increasing the cool-off period to 20 days.

Returned goods must include a copy of youe invoice or order confirmation to identify you. You are liable for the cost of returning your order. We recommend using a tracked service and keep the proof of postage, as returned goods remain your responsibility until we have safely received them.

Custom beaded ropes are made-to-order and therefore non-refundable. Items must be unused and/or unwarn. We reserve the right to refund any returned item which we suspect has been used. If you live abroad and ordered from one of our official resellers, contact them directly before returning your goods, as the consumer laws around refunds/returns may differ. The above information only applies to our UK customers.
