STEP 1 - CHOOSE YOUR CORD

The 5mm cord has a slightly heavier feel with more feedback which is great for beginners who are looking for a jump rope they can use for fast footwork that drags a little less than a beaded rope but still has weight to it.

The 4mm cord is roughly 35% lighter than the 5mm and provides a more streamlined feel, which is perfect for multiple unders. I personally use a 4mm PVC for more challenging skills such as triple unders, where speed is essential.

Our PVC ropes feature an embedded nylon core. This reinforced design means they’re kink-free and more stretch-resistant than cheaper standard PVC ropes.
