This workshop will consist of five breakout sessions dedicated to the following areas of jump rope:

Double Dutch
Partner Skills
Focus on Fundamental -
There is no entry requirement for this workshop, all ability levels are welcome!
After signing up, you’ll be asked a few questions about what skills you can already do so we can group you with others at a similar level.
Whatever your level, the coaches will provide progressions so that are appropriate for you.

No! Each session will be a combination of theory and practical.
You’re welcome to jump as much or as little as you wish. The coaches are there to guide and push you at your preferred pace.

Absolutely, yes!
The sessions and groups will be organised so returning attendees can continue to learn new and exciting skills, whilst newcomers and beginners can take part too.

You don’t need a specific rope / brand.
The only rope you’ll need is the one which you’re most comfortable learning with.
We recommend you bring a short handle beaded rope at the very least.
You may wish to bring a PVC for double under session.
For Double Dutch & Partner Skills, ropes will be provided.

The venue is very easy to find. It’s situated between several tube stations, about a 5-10 minute walk from each.

T&C: Due to very limited spaces, attendance is strictly on a first-come first-serve basis. Refunds will not be accepted for non-attendance. 14 days notice is required for any cancellation(s), else your ticket will not be refundable. Attendees are responsible for answering the PAR-Q truthfully. Any medical condition(s) or pre-existing injury disclosed on the PAR-Q which may affect your ability to participate will require written permission from your doctor be provided. Any attendees under the age of 16 must seek written permission from their legal guardian(s) before attending. Competition winner’s vouchers can be used towards any full price items on Coach Chris UK Store; clearance items are not included. Voucher can not be exchanged for cash. Additional raffle tickets are available for purchase on the day of the workshop for £2 each.
